MEJA completed a rebuild of 100,000 square feet of the Automotive Reconditioning Facility at Manheim in Nashville, Tennessee. This project included the reconstruction of 125,000 ancillary buildings, the reinstallation of solar panels and new equipment, and a complete reroofing. This project was completed in March 2021.

MEJA completed a 60,000 square-foot addition to house the new body shop at Manheim in Orlando, Florida. New equipment, paint booths, a Prime Deck, and compressed air lines were installed. This project was completed in December 2018.

In order to meet the growing demands of customers, Manheim Automotive underwent construction at their Metro Atlanta Location. By adding two 360 degree photo booth structures and expanding their current body shop by 6,000 SF, Manheim Metro has increased both efficiency and effectiveness.
