Clayton County Fueling Center is a new-build project complete with a new 820 square-foot Fuel Support Building, four gasoline dispensers, and two Diesel dispensers under a nearly 5,000 square-foot canopy. The fueling center has the capability to house 60,000 gallons of fuel with a new DEF dispenser and an integrated Fuel Management System. This project was completed in October 2023.

Hampton Senior Center is a 33,000 square-foot new build project complete with a full-service kitchen and dining room, as well as game rooms, craft rooms, meeting rooms, a gym, and an aerobics facility with an indoor walking track. This project was completed in April 2017.
