Interactiv Children's Therapy Services is a design-build project for a 12,500-square-foot therapy center in Coweta County, Georgia. The facility contains 18 therapy rooms, 12 offices, a community room, and an outdoor therapy "playground." This project was completed in December 2023.

MEJA completed a addition and renovation project on the PruittHealth location in Rome, Georgia. This project involved renovating the existing 27,000 square-foot facility and adding an additional 14,000 square feet with 22 private resident rooms, a third living and dining area, a new salon, and an upsized therapy room. This project was completed in August 2021.

East Atlanta Pediatric Dentistry is an over 3,600 square-foot new-build project located in Dekalb County, Georgia. The facility is complete with four operating rooms and six hygienist stations. This project was completed in August 2017.

MEJA completed a renovation of an over 25,600-square-foot nursing facility for PruittHealth at their Seaside location in Port Wentworth, Georgia. This project consisted of applying new drywall and painting, installing new plumbing, electrical fixtures, and flooring, as well as adding new hospital-grade protection and redesigning the front lobby. This project was completed in August 2021.
